Multiple arrays installed on a metal standing seem roof. This project was challenging as the church was undergoing a new addition and the location of incoming power required a new location. LFS Energy was able to assist by providing the design and finalized quote and also assisted in obtaining a 30% federal tax credit for the 501c4 non profit. Non profits traditionally do not quality for the tax credit, With newly recent law changes, LFS Energy was able to secure a 30% federal tax credit in the form of a rebate as a donation back to the church and recovered close to $100,000 back in gross project costs as well as eliminating over 90% of the monthly utility bills sometimes costing over $6,500 per month.
